Terms of Service (TOS)
The Following are binding rules when you access our service:
The Service is provided to authorized persons or organisations (referred to in this document as “Subscriber” or “you”). Any use of the service is subject to any restrictions listed below. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of theses Terms and Policies. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Policies, you must cancel your account immediately or don’t order at all.
This TOS specifically relates to services provided by Streemlion, and does not cover any other entity, thus meaning you are unable to claim fault of service due to a third-party.
Coverage – If you are an individual Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all persons who gain access through your account. If you are a commercial Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all your employees, agents and/or customers. In either instance, a violation of these Terms and Policies by anyone using your account will be treated as a violation by you. The Terms of Service specifically relate to services provided by Streemlion; external matters are not at the discretion of Streemlion.
Billing Frequency – We bill our clients for our services on Monthly, Quarterly, Six-monthly and yearly basis, except for one-time payment for services like Radio Directory submission and related services.
Free First-Month Offer – This is our way of helping users to easily start a service with us and to help them save money on their first-month subscription. However, we withhold the right to terminate the service or ban any user found abusing this offer. Actions that constitute abuse include when at the end of your free first-month offer or when it’s nearing expiration you constantly cancel the service to avoid due payment renewal only to use another email to register for another first-month free service for same station or another, and any other dubious acts.
Inactive Free Accounts
(i) Any free account found inactive 10 days after your initial signup, can be terminated without prior notice. If you believe that the server won’t be used for several weeks due to a holiday – you can contact us and we will add a note next to your account, so your account will not be terminated. This is to help keep our servers up and running for each and every user, free or paid.
(ii) Any user found with more than one free account will have BOTH accounts terminated. Users must upgrade to a paid plan if they want to have multiple accounts.
Suspension/Termination – Streemlion reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any service at any time if we see fit, or if you are found to be abusing these Terms.
Our Staff/Volunteers – Our staff and or volunteers deserve the right to work in a safe, and non-abusive environment. As such, we kindly remind you that swearing, or being abusive towards our staff is prohibited.
Prices and Charges – Streemlion provides the use of CentovaCast or Everest Cast and other control panels to you free of charge, but if through misuse or through abuse on your part we incur any charges, we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you.
Refunds – Streemlion allows refunds within 3 days from service activation date. The user gets the refund balance after deductions of processing and administrative fees of what was given to Streemlion via the selected payment method. Refunds can also be converted as a credit on Streemlion’s customer’s account and fully usable by them for any of our services. However, add-on services such as extra listeners slots, hard disk space, bandwidth and port changes are not eligible for a refund. Streemlion reserves the right to deny any client a refund if these terms are violated or if there be a valid reason to do so.
Cancellation Policy- You MUST direct all cancellation requests to Streemlion using email, Ticket or via the billing system. The cancellation request must include verification of ownership of the streaming account. You must also confirm to Streemlion that all emails, files, and databases are saved up somewhere other than Streemlion’s storage.
Chargebacks and Reversals – In the event Subscriber issues a chargeback or reversal of charges without first following the cancellation policy, the Subscriber will be responsible for a USD $25.00 billing service fee.
Payment Gateway – Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We also use Rave Payment and Paystack payment gateways.
Contact Usage – Paid clients will receive periodic letters from Streemlion containing seasonal offers, service information, and account updates. You can opt-out from this via support ticket.
(i) Any account found with potentially fake and/or fraudulent data risks termination without explanation or compensation.
(ii) Any account found with inconsistent information will also be subject to termination without warning.
(iii) Any account found using our servers for file storage and related non-service agreement use will be terminated without any prior notice.
Report Abuse Policy
If you think you’ve been abused by other members or users of our service or even our representatives in ways that are completely out of these terms you can report such issues by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject as “Abuse Report”
Violations may include:
Content that appears to purposefully target a person with the intention of degrading or shaming them, or repeatedly contacting a person despite that person’s clear desire and action to prevent contact.
Serious threats of harm to public and personal safety, credible threats of physical harm, specific threats of theft, vandalism or other financial harm.
Sexual violence and exploitation: content that threatens or promotes sexual violence or exploitation, including solicitation of sexual material, any sexual content involving minors, threats to share intimate images and offers of sexual services Or any threats that go against your rights as a Streemlion user.
