Streemlion Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Streemlion’s internet radio hosting services (“Service”). By ordering, activating, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
- Definitions
“Streemlion”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Streemlion International Ltd.
“Subscriber”, “Client”, or “you” refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using the Service.
- Service Activation and Provisioning
A service is considered activated and delivered once it has been provisioned on Streemlion’s server infrastructure, including allocation of resources such as streaming accounts, control panel access, or related system configurations.
Activation does not depend on login, configuration, or actual usage by the Subscriber. Non-use of a provisioned service does not invalidate delivery or qualify for refund.
- Billing and Payments
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
Successful payment confirmation automatically triggers provisioning of the Service. There may be rare occasions where external technical issues may prevent automatic provisioning. These may include application update, network interruptions, etc.
Subscription services are billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Failure to renew services before the due date may result in suspension or termination.
- Refund Policy
4.1 Digital Services
Streemlion provides digital hosting services. Once a service has been provisioned, payments are non-refundable except in cases of verified billing error or documented service malfunction directly caused by Streemlion.
4.2 Change of Mind and Non-Use
Refund requests based on change of mind, misunderstanding of features, lack of knowledge to use the tools, dissatisfaction after activation, or lack of usage do not qualify for refund.
4.3 Complimentary Add-Ons
Certain features, including but not limited to Popup Player, promotional tools, or other bonus features, may be provided as complimentary or one-time payment add-ons. These features are not separately billed and do not constitute grounds for refund of the primary or main hosting subscription.
4.4 Trial Services
Where a trial service is offered, the Subscriber acknowledges that the trial provides sufficient opportunity to evaluate suitability. Payments made after a trial period are considered informed purchases and are non-refundable once provisioned.
4.5 Prorated Refunds
Streemlion does not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods once a service has been provisioned.
4.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Subscribers agree to contact Streemlion directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated after service provisioning, Streemlion reserves the right to suspend services and recover associated dispute fees where applicable.
- Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client portal or official support channels.
Cancellation does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund unless explicitly covered under Section 4.
Data associated with cancelled services may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
- Pricing and Plan Modifications
Streemlion reserves the right to modify pricing, service plans, or feature structures at its discretion.
Price changes will not affect an active billing period already paid for. Any revised pricing will apply at the Subscriber’s next renewal date.
Where practicable, Streemlion will provide reasonable notice prior to significant pricing adjustments. Continued use of the Service after renewal constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
- Account Responsibility
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Streemlion is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
- Acceptable Use
Subscribers agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized content distribution, hate speech, or illegal streaming. Streemlion reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate acceptable use standards.
Socan Licensing Scope
Streemlion provides SOCAN licensing coverage as outlined in our licensing documentation and in accordance with Canadian copyright law and applicable reciprocal agreements.
The licence does not extend to on-demand streaming, file sharing, unauthorized redistribution, or activities outside the permitted broadcast framework.
9.1 Socan Jurisdictional Limitations
Subscribers acknowledge that SOCAN licensing coverage applies within the scope of Canadian copyright law and recognized reciprocal agreements.
Additional licensing requirements may apply in jurisdictions outside Canada depending on local copyright regulations, broadcasting laws, and enforcement practices.
Streemlion does not claim that its SOCAN licence covers every country in which a Subscriber’s stream may be accessed.
Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with licensing obligations in territories outside Canada.
Streemlion shall not be liable for regulatory actions, claims, penalties, or licensing demands arising from a Subscriber’s activities outside the defined scope of its SOCAN coverage.
- Service Availability
Streemlion strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, network interruptions, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. Streemlion shall not be liable for service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
- Data Responsibility and Backups
Subscribers are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of their media files and content.
Streemlion does not guarantee restoration of deleted, corrupted, or lost data, whether due to user action, system error, or service cancellation.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streemlion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Streemlion’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Subscriber during the billing cycle in which the claim arose.
- Force Majeure
Streemlion shall not be liable for failure or delay in service performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet service provider failures, Date centre issues cyber-attacks, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Amendments
Streemlion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
